| Public Issue of 36,46,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 125 per equity share aggregating Rs. 45.58 crores (The "Issue") by Thinksoft Global Services Ltd (The "Company" or "The Issuer"). The Issue consists of a fresh issue of 13,50,000 equity shares by the company and an offer for sale of 22,96,000 equity shares by Euro Indo Investments (EII) & Mr Vinod Ganjoor (Hereinafter referred to as the "Selling Shareholders").
