| Public issue of 30,85,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each issued for cash at a price of Rs.135/- per share aggregating Rs.41.65 Crores (the "issue") of Cords Cable Industries Limited ("our company" or "the issuer") including employee reservation of 70,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs.135/- each for cash aggregating Rs.0.95 Crores and the net issue to the public of 30,15,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs.135/- each for cash aggregating Rs.40.70 Crores ("net issue to public"). The issue would constitute 27.00% of the fully diluted post issue paid up capital of our company.
