| Public issue of 71,58,392 equity shares of Rs. 10 each of Gokul Refoils and Solvent Limited ("Gokul" or "our company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.195/- per equity share [including a share premium of Rs.185/- per equity share] aggregating to Rs.139.59 Crores (the "issue"). The issue comprises a reservation of upto 75,000 equity shares for subscription by eligible employees (as defined herein) (the "Employee reservation portion") and a net issue to the pubic of 70,83,392 equity shares (the "net issue to the public"). The net issue to the public will constitute 26.85% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up capital of our company. The issue will constitute 27.14% of the fully diluted post issue paid-up Capital of our company. Issue Price is Rs.195/- per equity share of face value Rs. 10 each.
