PTC Industries Limited has authorized the opening of a qualified institutions placement of equity shares to qualified institutional buyers under Chapter VI of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, with a floor price of Rs 22,150.00 per share, according to a regulatory filing on October 6, 2026, and the company may offer a discount of not more than 5% on the floor price.
