KIMS to acquire 6% stake in Ushahkal Abhinav Specialty Hospital for up to Rs 15 crore

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited announced that its board approved the acquisition of a 6% stake in Ushahkal Abhinav Specialty Hospital LLP (Sangli) for up to Rs 15 crore via primary infusion, on or before October 31, 2026. The acquisition, based on a valuation report by BDO Valuation Advisory LLP, will see KIMS manage and operate the 316-bed quaternary care facility, branded as “KIMS-UAIMS,” which was founded in 2022 and is located in Sangli, Maharashtra. Ushahkal Abhinav Specialty Hospital LLP reported a turnover of Rs 80.42 crore for fiscal year 2025-26.
