Endurance Overseas S pA acquired Fondalpress SpA for Euro 12.34 million to expand its European automotive business

Endurance Technologies Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Endurance Overseas S pA, Italy, has acquired 100% of the shareholding in Anna Milena SpA, Italy, which holds 99.5% of Fondalpress SpA, Italy, and the remaining 0.5% stake directly from individual shareholders for a consideration of Euro 12.34 million. Fondalpress, based in Italy, is engaged in die-casting and machining of aluminum components for automotive applications, and the acquisition is intended to strengthen Endurance’s aluminum die-casting components business in Europe.
