Shristi Infrastructure demerges Krishnagar Sentrum project to Shristi Realty Holdings Limited

Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (SIDCL) has approved a scheme of arrangement with its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shristi Realty Holdings Limited (SRHL), to demerge Krishnagar Sentrum, a real estate project in Krishnanagar, West Bengal, into SRHL. The demerger, effective October 1, 2026, will see SRHL issue 2 new shares for every 9 shares held in SIDCL, with the turnover of the demerged undertaking for fiscal year 2025-26 amounting to INR 1,281.72 Lakhs, representing 18.37% of SIDCL’s total turnover. The move aims to sharpen business focus, facilitate project execution, and provide greater strategic and financial flexibility for SRHL, while SIDCL will continue to draw on SRHL’s brand equity and experience.
