TVS SCS ALA India allotted shares to TVS SCS and ALA Mena for business expansion

TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited announced that its members approved the issuance of equity shares on a private placement basis to TVS SCS and ALA Mena as per the terms of a joint venture agreement. Subsequently, the Board of Directors of TVS SCS ALA India Private Limited, formerly known as TVS Packaging Solutions Private Limited, approved the allotment of 1,99,90,000 equity shares, with TVS SCS receiving 1,01,90,000 shares for Rs 10,19,00,000 and ALA Mena receiving 98,00,000 shares for Rs 9,80,00,000, resulting in a 51% and 49% shareholding interest, respectively, to facilitate business expansion and jointly develop opportunities in India’s aerospace and defense sectors.
