VA TECH WABAG’s board approved allotment of shares under its stock option scheme

VA TECH WABAG LIMITED announced that its board approved the allotment of 23,261 equity shares to option grantees under the “WABAG Centenary Stock Option Scheme 2023,” increasing the company’s paid-up equity share capital to Rs 12,50,29,658 consisting of 6,25,14,829 equity shares, up from Rs 12,49,83,136 consisting of 6,24,91,568 equity shares.
