A B Infrabuild Limited has received a letter of acceptance for a construction project from the Government of Chhattisgarh, involving the construction of two grade separators on NH-53 near Raipur, Chhattisgarh, under an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) model. The project, valued at Rs 48,09,74,000, has a completion period of 18 months and adheres to the terms and conditions outlined in the tender documents; the company confirmed that neither promoters nor group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
