Ashirwad Capital Limited informed the BSE Limited that its Board of Directors approved the notice for the 40th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 28, 2026, via video conferencing or other audio-visual means, for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, and approved the closure of the register of members and share transfer books from September 22, 2026, to September 28, 2026, with a cutoff date of September 21, 2026, for determining voting eligibility.
