Glen Industries Limited announced that Lalit Agrawal (HUF), part of the Promoter Group, acquired 6000 equity shares for Rs 7,29,000 on August 20, 2026, and an additional 3600 equity shares for Rs 4,37,400 on August 21, 2026, both at a price of Rs 121.50 per share, increasing the Promoter and Promoter Group’s shareholding from 74.17% to 74.21% of the company’s total paid-up equity share capital.
