Cholamandalam Investment secures Rs 350 crore via private placement, listing on the NSE

Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited announced it has allotted 350,000 secured non-convertible securities through a private placement on the NSE EBP for Rs 350 crore as part of an issue size of Rs 1000 crore (with a Rs 650 crore green shoe option), listing on the WDM segment of the NSE with a tenure of 2 years, 10 months, and 11 days, an 8.64% coupon rate, a 7.98% re-issue yield, and coupon payment dates of July 2, 2027, and on maturity date, July 2, 2029.
