Saatvik Solar Industries secures Rs 190 crore order from an independent power producer for solar PV modules

Saatvik Green Energy Limited announced that its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Limited, has secured an order worth Rs 190 Crores from a domestic Independent Power Producer/EPC player for the supply of Solar PV Modules, with execution expected by March 2027. The company disclosed the information in a regulatory filing on August 20, 2026, adhering to SEBI Listing Regulations, and noted that no promoter group entities have an interest in the awarding entity, nor does the order constitute a related party transaction.
