Deep Polymers Ltd consolidated sales up 13.30% on year in Q2FY2026

Deep Polymers Ltd share price ticked higher by 3.96% to Rs 35.44 after the company's net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 30.43% to Rs 1.92 crore, while revenue from operations increased 13.30% to Rs 30.08 crore in Q2FY26 over Q1FY26. The market capitalization of Specialty Chemicals industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 5.1 lakh crore, surging by 15.03%. It has improved by 1.55% over last one week and advanced by 13.66% in last one month while the market capitalization of Deep Polymers Ltd has eased by 0.65% and 6.27% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Deep Polymers Ltd stood at Rs 2.56 crore in Q2 FY26, expanding by 30.61% year-on-year, and plunging by 39.05% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 3 crore, rallying 59.89% YoY and jumping 35.35% sequentially. Total expenses increased by 15.53% to Rs 28.19 crore in Q2FY26 over Q2FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 21.08 crore, soaring by 26.68% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 1.62 crore, dipping slightly 1.22% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations softened by 6.75% to Rs 98.17 crore, while net profit plunged by 26.97% to Rs 5.2 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 1237% to Rs 10.85 crore, and PBT saw a marginal contraction of 4.51% to Rs 7.83 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 19.91 crore in FY26, as against Rs 35.48 crore in FY25. Deep Polymers Ltd nosedived by 29.01% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has softened by 3.21% during the same period.
