Aban Offshore Ltd consolidated sales up 8.55% on year in Q1FY2026

Aban Offshore Ltd share price declined by 1.98% to Rs 18.27 after the company's net profit tumbled by 96.55% to Rs 1.02 crore, while revenue from operations slightly gained 8.55% to Rs 99.12 crore in Q1FY26 over Q4FY25. The market capitalization of Offshore Support Solution Drilling industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 3815.68 crore, improving 10.80%. It has inched up 9.32% over last one week and moved up slightly by 5.49% in last one month while the market capitalization of Aban Offshore Ltd has slipped by 7.68% and 2.70% in the same period respectively. Profit before tax (PBT) of Aban Offshore Ltd stood at Rs 6.61 crore in Q1 FY26, tumbling by 102.61% year-on-year, and crashing by 69.53% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 31 crore, nosediving by 25.52% YoY and slipping 6.24% sequentially. Total expenses surged 36.02% to Rs 101.8 crore in Q1FY26 over Q1FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 9.93 crore, slumping by 27.15% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 17.16 crore, witnessing a strong rise of 20.25% YoY. For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations improved 19.01% to Rs 475.66 crore, while net profit witnessed a sharp fall of 32.44% to Rs 889.22 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA saw a sharp decline of 18222% to Rs 20.26 crore, and PBT plunged by 33.28% to Rs 864.38 crore compared to previous TTM. The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 138.89 crore in FY26, as against Rs 72.34 crore in FY25. Aban Offshore Ltd crashed 57.59% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 3.21% during the same period.
